Which package should I choose? +
Signature is the most popular choice for most occasions — it gives us room to weave in two or three meaningful details, includes a lyric sheet, and arrives within 48 hours. Essential is a great option if you have a simpler story to tell or a tighter budget. Prestige is for occasions where you want the most detail included, the most time to refine the result, and the fastest turnaround.
What does a "round of revisions" mean? +
Once you receive your song, you can request changes — to a lyric, a name, the tone, a specific line — and we'll revise accordingly. Each round covers a set of changes made at once, rather than one change per round. Most people find one or two rounds is more than enough to get the song exactly right.
Can I request more revisions than my package includes? +
Yes — additional revision rounds can be purchased after delivery if needed. Just reply to your delivery email and we'll let you know the cost.
Do you ever run sales or discount codes? +
No. We don't run seasonal sales, discount codes, or flash offers — the price reflects the work, every time. From time to time we may run a genuinely limited founding or early-access offer, which will always be clearly marked on the site. The current founding offer is one of those.
Are there any hidden costs at checkout? +
No. The price shown is the price you pay. There are no add-ons, no VAT on top, and no surprises at the payment stage. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
What if I'm not happy with the finished song? +
Your included revision rounds are there exactly for this. Simply reply to the delivery email with your feedback and we'll refine the song. We want the result to feel right — that's the whole point. If you have concerns beyond revisions, please get in touch at hello@lastinglyrics.co.uk.
